WHY PRINT PERFECTO IS UNIQUE?

PrintPerfecto in its early foots understood the importance of 3D Printing, considered as 4th industrial revolution.

Our studies showed us that there is large pool of 3D printer manufacturers across India and rest of the world, yet there is a lack of awareness or utilization of this technology. We found that there were numerous reasons but everything falls under one curtain that there is no proper education on 3D printing operations.

We analyzed and adopted the proper techniques to produce successful prints in some of the challenging materials at a very early stage of the company growth making us stand out from our competitors.

OUR TIMELINE

PrintPerfecto origin dates back to October 2018 when our director completed certified course on 3D printing. Understanding the importance of 3D printing as a major skill set for the future and the deep passion towards the technology PrintPerfecto brought its first FDM based Printer. Starting with one FDM Printer and team of two comprising our director and one part time design engineer in the month of November 2018 we worked upon freelancing websites and many niche marketplaces. It was December 2018 where got our first order from a freelancing website for printing 25 types of RV Car rims and 10 Types of car tyres.

OUR RECENT PROJECT

A recent challenge faced by PrintPerfecto from Sumathi Hospital, Madurai. The hospital approached us for a patient specific 3D printed model. An accident case patient had multiple fractures on his right facial bones(technically called zygoma and maxila bone). The doctors could not get the exact details of the broken anatomy of the patient with CT scans. This is where PrintPerfecto had played its role by converting the CT images (DICOM data to STl format) and 3D printing it.
